The Hearing on Motion to Expunge Lis Pendens filed by Elvecio Machado (Plaintiff) CRS# 192816643934 scheduled for 07/30/2026 is continued to 09/24/2026 at 02:30 PM in Department 512 at Hayward Hall of Justice.

Plaintiff Elvecio Machado’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion to Expunge Lis Pendens is CONTINUED to Thursday, 9/24/2026 at 2:30 p.m. in Dept. 512.

There is no evidence in the record that Plaintiff duly served defendants Alexandre Machado and Maryline Pavlic (“Defendants”) with the Court’s 6/16/2026 Order advancing the hearing date on the Motion to Expunge to 7/30/2026.

The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to serve Defendants by email and first-class postal mail with an Amended Notice of Motion noticing the continued 9/24/2026 and the moving papers on this motion no later than Tuesday, 8/4/2026.
