The court intends to remove guardian Marina Frances Herrera.
If Marina Frances Herrera fails to appear at the hearing on 07/28/26 the court intends to issue a bench warrant for her.
If guardian Marina Frances Herrera is ordered removed, the court shall give notice to SureTec Insurance Company (surety who has filed bond). (Probate Code §1213)
