The Application is CONTINUED to July 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Department C25. Although the Declaration of Tracy Yao supports that a copy of the application, declarations, and supporting documents were submitted to the State Bar of California through the online Office of Admissions Applicant Portal, California Rules of Court, rule 9.40(c)(1) requires the filing of a “proof of service by mail in accordance with Code of Civil Procedure section 1013a of a copy of the application and of the notice of hearing of the application on all parties who have appeared in the cause and on the State Bar of California at its San Francisco office.” (See Declaration of Tracy Yao, ¶ 4.)

The proof of service attached to the instant application indicates service by U.S. Mail and electronic mail only on Plaintiff’s counsel and does not show compliance with Rule 9.40(c)(1). Defendant to file proof of service by mail of the application and notice of hearing of the application on the State Bar of California at its San Francisco office no later than nine (9) court days before the continued hearing date. The Court orders clerk to give notice
