ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND DISMISSAL OF ACTION
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
Pursuant to Plaintiff's notice of unconditional settlement and this Court's order to show cause, this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
Court orders the entire case dismissed With Prejudice.
