ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND DISMISSAL OF ACTION

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

The matter shall be dismissed without prejudice as stated in the Notice of Settlement filed on 4/14/2026. The Court retains jurisdiction under CCP 664.6.

If parties object to the matter being dismissed, they are to contest and appear, and shall show cause why the matter should not be dismissed under CCP 664.6.
