Request for Order – Child Support
This matter is before the Court on Respondent (Wife)’s April 3, 2026 Request for Order (RFO) seeking spousal support. Husband filed a responsive declaration and income and expense declaration (IED). However, the IED suffers from a formatting problem that makes it difficult to read as it appears a digit is missing from many of the numbers. In his responsive declaration Husband claims he has provided substantial support to Wife since their separation in the form of rent and other payments, and claims there is documentation to support the payments, but did not provide any.
Wife filed an updated IED on July 23, 2026 which is untimely. In that She reported her wages as $1,162 for the month and $2,859. She also reported $333 dollars in necessary job-related expenses, however she provided no documentation of those expenses and did not include any pay stubs or profit and loss statement. The updated IED also does not include commissions from her job at Cavallo Point which she had included in her April 3, 2026 IED.
The matter is continued to August 11, 2026 at 9:00 am in Department G. Wife is to submit a profit and loss statement for her self-employment activities, clarification of her commission income, and any additional financial information she wishes the court to consider by August 4, 2026. Father shall submit an updated income and expense declaration and any other financial information he wishes the Court to consider by August 4, 2026.
As authorized by CRC Rule 5.125, the Court shall prepare the formal Findings and Order After Hearing.
