2. P06-14433 In the Matter of Kayla Elizabeth Larsen No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person and estate shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. Conservator Kelly Babitz is acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next biennial review is set for April 14, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The court investigation fee for this biennial review is waived.

Regarding Conservator Mary Larsen, the investigative report indicates her desire to resign as conservator for the conservatee. Accordingly, the Court sets a hearing July 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6 regarding the same. Conservator Larsen shall file her petition for resignation and notice of the same, in accordance with Probate Code section 2660, prior to the continued court date.

3. P15-15875 In the Matter of Sharon Beatty No appearances are required. The petition for orders approving preliminary payment and authorization for attorney fees is granted. Bond is set at $170,000. Petitioner shall file proof of the updated bond with the Court within 30 days. Upon proof of the updated bond, the prior order requiring funds to remain in a blocked account can be vacated. Petitioner shall prepare and submit proposed orders to memorialize this decision and, after bonds is posted, to vacate the requirement for a blocked account.

4. PR0000442 In the Matter of the Sandon Trust No appearances are required. The petition for approval of the second account and trustee compensation is granted as prayed. Petitioner shall submit a proposed order.

5. PR0000798 In the Matter of the Mark Lenci Living Trust Appearances are required. The motion to continue trial and extend time to complete discovery is granted, good cause having been stated. The trial dates currently set is vacated. The parties shall be prepared to select new trial dates. Respondent Tiffany Carmen’s request for sanctions is denied in light of the above. See Cal. Civ. Proc. 2024.050(c).

6. PR0000964 In the Matter of Crystal Leyva No appearances are required. The petition for appointment of a limited conservatorship of the person is granted. Christopher and Jean Kock are appointed as Conservators and letters shall issue. The Court sets an annual review on April 9, 2027, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6.

7. PR0000965 In the Matter of Katherine Kimmel No appearances are required. The petition to accept transfer of this conservatorship is provisionally granted. A hearing is set for May 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 6 for review of the conservatorship and determination if modification is required to conform with California law. The court investigator is directed to complete an investigation pursuant to Probate Code section 1851.1 and report its findings prior to the continued court date. The clerk shall serve a copy of the minutes and order accepting transfer on the court investigator.
