1. PR0000623 In the Matter of Susan Lesley Vega No appearances are required. The petition for final distribution is granted as prayed. Petitioner shall submit a proposed order.

2. PR0000635 In the Matter of Sharri-Anne Renea Adams No appearances are required. The Court has received notice of death of the Conservatee. The Court notes that this is a conservatorship of the person and there are no accountings due.

3. PR0000714 In Re Dylan Melanson No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservators are acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next biennial review is set for March 17, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The court investigation fee for this annual review is waived.

4. PR0000759 In the Matter of the Renfro Family Trust No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion this matter is continued to June 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Petitioner indicates that she believes Lori Horner will not participate in administering Mr. Renfro’s will. However, it is unclear to the Court whether the other named executors in the will are unable to serve as executor or have declined. Petitioner shall clarify her understanding prior to the continued court date. Additionally, the Court notes that no Duties and Liabilities acknowledgement has been filed in this matter. (See form DE-147).

Finally, prior to the continued date, Petitioner shall clarify whether she is seeking to move forward on her amended petition requesting appointment of the Public Administrator in light of the Public Administrator’s position on her request. Petitioner shall provide notice of the continued court date.

5. PR0000824 In the Matter of Keith Dean Emmerton Appearances are required. The parties shall provide an update to the Court on the status of this petition and any potential petition for conservatorship.

6. PR0000884 In re the Estate of Warren Henry Schlief No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion this matter is continued to June 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The Court has received an opposition to the petition to administer. Petitioner shall file a response to the opposition no later than May 22, 2026. Petitioner shall provide notice of the continued court date.

7. PR0000885 In the Matter of Charles Edward Penna No appearances are required. The petition to administer is granted as prayed. A proposed order has been submitted.
