Ruling
Petitioner. Id. Thus, such information was available to Petitioner at the time of the hearing on November 13, 2025. Additionally, Petitioner fails to explain, other than stating the minor was involved in a car accident on November 11, 2025 and that she needs more time to review the documents submitted by the Successor Guardian, why any purportedly new information has not been provided to the court previously. The Court finds Petitioner’s reasons insufficient. Moreover, Petitioner’s prior request for a continuance based on the same arguments was denied by the Court on November 14, 2025.
At bar, Petitioner fails to provide any new evidence, and if there is something new in letter from her former counsel which the Court understood Petitioner read into the record in its entirety at the hearing on November 13, 2025, Petitioner fails to explain why such was not provided in the first instance or that the evidence was unavailable despite her best efforts to obtain it. Accordingly, Petitioner’s request for reconsideration is DENIED.
