April 6, 2026, Case Management Conference Tentative Rulings
1. CL0002141 Discover Bank vs. Sequoia U. Nicholas Appearances are required. All parties shall show cause why they should not be sanctioned for failing to appear as ordered on February 2, 2026.
2. CL0002994 U.S. Bank National Association vs. Dylan Cauraugh No appearances are required. The Court dismisses this matter without prejudice and retains jurisdiction pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6.
3. CL0003187 Mercury Insurance Company vs. William Tanner Appearances are required for status regarding dismissal. If the parties wish the Court to retain jurisdiction, they should file a written stipulation under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or state their agreement regarding the same on the record.
