(collectively, Respondents). As more fully set forth below, the petition is CONTINUED TO OCTOBER 8, 2026, AT 2:00 P.M., IN DEPARTMENT C23, for proof of service.
Petitioner failed to submit any proof of service showing either the petition or notice of this hearing was served on Respondents as required by Code of Civil Procedure sections 1290.2 and 1290.4.
