Upon proof of statutorily sufficient service of notice, the court intends to grant the petition and appoint Robert Lee Lawson, Jr. executor of the estate of Robert Lawson with full IAEA authority and bond waved. The court intends to admit the will dated 10/12/04 to probate.

If the amended proof of service is not filed prior to the hearing, the court intends to continue the hearing to 09/03/26 at 10:30 a.m. in Department J6.
