On its own motion and based on Plaintiff’s assertion the case has settled but settlement terms require several months to effectuate the terms of settlement, the Court continues the case management conference to July 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department A. Plaintiff shall file a notice of settlement, or Defendants shall file a responsive pleading, or Plaintiff shall file a request for default (as appropriate) or request for dismissal of Defendants at least two weeks prior to the continued case management conference. Plaintiff shall give notice of the continued court date.
