3. Guardianship of Amber L. PP20190013 PETITION TO TERMINATE GUARDIANSHIP
Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued on May 29, 2019. On February 4, 2026, mother filed a Petition for Termination of Guardianship, to which the guardians and minor have given their consent. The court has reviewed the investigator’s report which recommends that the petition be granted. The Court finds that termination of the guardianship appears appropriate but orders appearances to consider whether the court should make orders to ensure a smooth transition for the minor.
TENTATIVE RULING #3: APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED AT 1:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, 2026 IN DEPARTMENT 8.
