Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued on November 7, 2013. The annual guardianship status reports (Judicial Council form GC-251) for both minors were filed by the guardian on March 9, 2026.

Having read and considered the reports, the court finds and orders the guardianship of Angelina remains necessary and shall continue until minor’s 18th birthday on 10/22/26, at which time guardianship shall terminate by operation of law. Regarding Timothy, the court finds and orders the guardianship remains necessary and shall continue.

TENTATIVE RULING #8: GUARDIANSHIP SHALL CONTINUE. THE COURT SETS THE NEXT ANNUAL STATUS REVIEW AS TO TIMOTHY FOR APRIL 7, 2027 AT 1:30 P.M. IN DEPARTMENT 8.
