A Petition to Appoint a Guardian and Temporary Petition was filed on March 23, 2026. Letters of Temporary Guardianship were issued on April 1, 2026. The father signed a signed a consent for appointment of the proposed guardians. All notices have been given as required by law. The court has yet to receive the investigator’s report.
