ACCOUNTING HEARING/ANNUAL STATUS REVIEW
14. Guardianship of Cristiano and Kai P. 24PR0041 ACCOUNTING HEARING/ANNUAL STATUS REVIEW
Letters of Guardianship of the Estate were issued on March 27, 2024 for both minors. The annual guardianship status reports (Judicial Council form GC-251) were filed by the guardians on April 29, 2026. Additionally, a declaration regarding the estate of Kai was filed on May 6, 2026. Having read and considered the report and declaration, the court finds that the guardian did not file a formal accounting. However, the court finds that information provided is sufficient to confirm that the funds have been managed appropriately and therefore finds good cause to waive the requirement for a formal accounting for the past year. The court finds and orders the guardianship remains necessary and shall continue.
TENTATUVE RULING #14: GUARDIANSHIP SHALL CONTINUE. THE COURT SETS THE NEXT ACCOUTING HEARING AND ANNUAL STATUS REVIEW FOR MAY 5, 2027 AT 1:30 P.M. IN DEPARTMENT 8.
