Based upon the Court Investigator’s report dated April 3, 2026, which the Court has read and considered, the conservatorship is necessary and appropriate and shall continue. The Limited conservatee is not capable of communicating, with or without reasonable accommodation, a 10:15 16PR00453 Conservatorship of: desire to participate in the voting process. Fees are deferred. The Court Investigator Bowers, Kachina Information Sheet is due by February 22, 2028 with a review hearing on April 4, 2028 at 10:15 a.m. The Court will sign the form of order submitted by counsel.

Based upon the conservatee’s death on March 22, 2026, the conservatorship is terminated by Conservatorship of: 10:15 20PR00065 operation of law and the Mr. Hatch is relieved as counsel. All fees previously deferred are Cox, Stephen vacated.
