In The Amount Of $22,500.00 (For Reasonable Attorneys' Fees And Costs) Under CCP 128.5. (Complete tentative ruling emailed to the parties).

Plaintiff's motion for sanctions pursuant to CCP 128.5 is granted. The court will sign the proposed order in the form presented, as modified to reflect the fact that Plaintiff's attorney did not, as anticipated, spend time reviewing Defendants' opposition to the sanctions motion or drafting a reply. The court finds that Plaintiff are entitled to attorney's fees of $20,520 (45.6 hours at $450 per hour) plus $180 in costs, for a total of $20,700.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 301 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom. The subject line of the email shall include the line number, case name and case number. The text of the email shall include the name and contact information, including email address, of the attorney or party who will appear at the hearing.
