ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

FURTHER CONFERENCE A Case Management Conference is scheduled for 02/16/2027 at 02:30 PM in Department 16.

Updated Case Management Statements in compliance with Rule of Court 3.725, on Judicial Council Form CM-110, must be filed no later than 02/01/2027. If the foregoing date is a court holiday or a weekend, the time is extended to the next business day.

The CMC is continued to allow Plaintiff(s) to perfect service and for all Defendant(s) to respond. CRC 3.110(b)1) requires the Summons and Complaint to be served on all defendants and proof(s) of service filed with the court within 60 days of filing the complaint. Plaintiff(s) is ordered to perfect service on all Defendant(s) before the next CMC and to file proof(s) of service. If service is not perfected, Plaintiff(s) must in the next CMC Statement explain the problem with service and demonstrate diligent efforts to perfect service.

The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
