Father states 28 that when he married Mother on 3/28/2022, he genuinely believed that his prior marriage in El 29 Salvador had been legally dissolved. Father states that as soon as he became aware of this, he immediately retained an 3 attorney in El Salvador and the divorce proceedings were completed and finalized in April 2025. 4 Father asks the Court to annul the parties marriage to “allow the parties to remarry legally in the
5 future.” Father attached to his Request for Order a proposed Nullity Judgment which includes an 6 agreement signed by both parties and which contains the following language: “The parties agree 7 that neither party seeks reimbursement, sanctions, or penalties against the other. The parties 8 currently continue to reside together and remain in agreement regarding the care and support of 9 their minor child. 13 under Family Code section 2201. 14 2) The Court will enter Father’s proposed Nullity Judgment and copies will be mailed to the parties. 15 3) The Court will prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. 16
