The following is a statement of the Court’s tentative ruling. The Court may adopt, modify or reject the tentative ruling after hearing. The tentative ruling has no legal effect unless and until adopted by the Court.

Motions: Motion by Plaintiff Grand Lodge of California – Independent Order of Fellows (“Plaintiff”) for leave to file a first amended complaint (“FAC”) to add causes of action for breach of oral contracts, intentional misrepresentation, concealment, and violation of Penal Code section 496, and pleads delayed discovery, adds the names of the lodges affected and all non-lodge specific payments, adds that Defendant was a fiduciary to Plaintiff, and other minor changes. (unopposed).

Tentative Ruling: Plaintiff’s motion for leave to amend is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s counsel is directed to file and serve the FAC by no later than 7/8/26.

Plaintiff’s counsel is to give notice of this ruling within two (2) court days.
