CASE NUMBER: 23PC-0032005 This matter is on calendar for hearing on a Notice of Motion and Motion to be Relieved as Counsel filed by counsel for the Conservator. The matter has been properly noticed, despite that proof of service does not indicate service of the proposed order as required by CRC 3.1362(d). No objections have been raised. The Motion to be Relieved as Counsel is GRANTED and counsel is ordered to serve the executed Order upon the client. An appearance is necessary on today’s calendar to discuss status of the conservatorship.

This matter is also on calendar for further proceedings on the Biennial Review. The matter has been continued several times to allow additional time for the review. At the last hearing, the Conservator was ordered to contact the Court Investigator immediately. No further documents have been filed to provide an update on the status of the Conservatorship. The Conservator is ORDERED to appear at today’s hearing to discuss the Biennial Review. Failure to do so may result in the issuance of an Order to Show Cause why Monetary Sanctions in the amount of $250.00 should not be ordered for violating the Court’s orders.
