All procedural requirements of CCP §§ 1275 et. seq. have been satisfied. The Court tentatively intends to grant the Petition. However, to ensure all parties entitled to notice have received it, Petitioners must appear today to clarify and confirm the relationship of the two minors to Christian Ackley.
