Petition for Instructions: (1) Ordering that Dona McCullough Is Appointed the Trustee for the Trusts of Patrick McCullough, Megan McCullough, and Christopher McCullough Under the Survivor’s Trust Under the McCullough Living Trust Dated November 30, 1992 as Amended Effective on the Date of the Entry of the Court’s Order; (2) Ordering All of the Assets of Those Trusts Be Transferred to Dona McCullough as Trustee Within Ten (10) Calendar Days of Entry of the Court’s Order; (3) Denying Brian J. McCullough and Lawrence I.

McCullough the Use of Any Trust Assets in Relation to This Proceeding or the Subject Trusts and That, If They Have Utilized Any Such Funds, Surcharging Them for Those Funds and Ordering Them to Return Such Funds to the Subject Trusts; (4) Enjoining Brian J.
