Ruling

201300431195PRLE: In the Matter of Abbie S Hudosh 06/30/2026 in Department J6 Hearing re: Annual/Biennial Status Report Conservatorship Review

This was heard on 06/02/26.

An Amended, complete status report has not been filed as of 06/26/26.

The Proof of Service has not been filed as of 06/26/26.

Order the mandatory appearance of conservator Kol Hudosh.

The court notes the defects have not been corrected.

Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) requires that a copy of the status report be served on the individuals identified in Probate Code section 2351.2, subdivision (a)(2)(A), and that the proof of service be filed with the court. As of 06/26/26, a proof of service has been filed.

The biennial status report was due by 4/22/26 and was filed on 5/8/26. It is not complete. It fails to respond to many of the questions. The Court orders the conservator to file a status report that fully answers Question Numbers 3, 5, 6, and 9 through 15 and to file the proof of service for the report.

The Court intends to set this matter for OSC re Removal for Failure to File Status Report on 8/04/26 at 9:00 a.m. in Department J6.

The clerk shall give notice.
