Maria Concepcion Perez, et al. v. Goodwill Central Coast

Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of Class Settlement

Hearing Date: June 5, 2026

The unopposed motion of Plaintiffs Maria Concepcion Perez and Leeydi Flores for final approval of the Class Action and PAGA Settlement (“Settlement”) between them and Defendant Goodwill Central Coast is GRANTED. (2021) 72 Cal.App.5th 56, 77 (disapproved on another point by Turrieta v. Lyft, Inc. (2024) 16 Cal.5th 664, 709).]

The final accounting of the settlement fund distribution is set for December 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Department 14. The Court will complete and sign the Proposed Order and Judgment accompanying the motion.
