The unopposed motion of attorney Marna Paintsil Anning of the Law Offices of Marna Paintsil Anning to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Yvette Geegan is GRANTED. (CRC 3.1362.)
Counsel must serve the signed order upon Plaintiff, and file proof of service with the court. The order will become effective upon filing of the proof of service. (CRC 3.1362(e).)
Counsel shall make a reasonable attempt to notify Plaintiff of the Courts tentative ruling and the process for properly contesting by 4:00 p.m. one court day prior to the date of hearing.
