The tentative is to GRANT the petition for minor’s compromise for minor Joshua Franklin, subject to the filing of a corrected form MC-351 and the filing of a prefilled order appointing guardian ad litem on form CIV-011.

Form MC-351 lodged with the court on June 22, 2026, contains an error at number 13 in which it lists the fees in the amount of $429.555, for which it should be $429.55.

In addition, petitioner did not file a prefilled form CIV-011 with the application for appointment of guardian ad litem.

Subsequent to the filing and signing of form CIV-011, the court will sign form MC-355 and the corrected form MC-351 once received.
