Defendant’s possession, custody, or control no later than ten (10) days following the notice of entry of this Order.

Plaintiff’s request for sanctions is GRANTED in the amount of $2,000.00. Defendant shall pay Plaintiff, by and through his counsel, Moon Law Group, PC, for having to bring this instant Motion.

3) Plaintiff’s unopposed motion is GRANTED. Defendant shall respond to Plaintiff’s Requests for Production including producing all responsive documents within Defendant’s possession, custody, or control no later than ten (10) days following the notice of entry of this Order.

Plaintiff’s request for sanctions is GRANTED in the amount of $1,500.00. Defendant shall pay Plaintiff, by and through his counsel, Moon Law Group, PC, for having to bring this instant Motion.

4) Plaintiff’s unopposed motion is GRANTED. Defendant shall respond to Plaintiff’s Special Interrogatories no later than ten (10) days following the notice of entry of this Order.
