Wells Fargo Bank NA - to provide Order(s) and give Notice. ______________________________________________________________________________

On or about November 20, 2025, Plaintiff served their first set of discovery, Request for Admissions - Set One on Defendant (Exhibit 1). Defendant’s Responses were due on or before December 25, 2025, however none were received. On or about December 30, 2025, Plaintiff sent a meet and confer letter to the Defendant advising that the responses were past due; the letter further provided an extension in which to respond. However, to date, no responses have been received. Defendant offers no opposition. Therefore, the motion is GRANTED.
