Motion to Compel Responses to Plaintiff’s Special Interrogatories, Set One

Plaintiff’s motion to compel responses to Special Interrogatories, Set One, is GRANTED.

Defendant R&B Grocery has failed to provide timely responses to Special Interrogatories, Set One. Objections are waived. Defendant R&B Grocery shall serve verified responses, without objections, on or before July 17, 2026.
