9:01 24CV439102 Richard Vega, et al. Order on Compromise of Minor's 2 v. Claim Thomas Kakinami, et al. Before the Court is a Petition filed on May 27, 2026 by Richard Vega (the “Petitioner”), who is the Parent and Guardian ad item of Ariel Vega, a minor, for an Order Approving a Compromise of Claim or Action or Disposition of Proceeds of Judgment for Minor (the “May 27, 2026 Petition”) and for a related Order to Deposit Funds in Blocked Account.

The May 27, 2026 Petition is well grounded in the law, well supported by the facts, and reasonable in all respects. The Court finds that all the relief sought is in the best interests of the minor Ariel Vega.
