Ruling

110 National Funding, 1. Motion for Summary Judgment and/or Inc. vs. Klette Electric PLLC Adjudication

25-01522615 Plaintiff National Funding, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) moves for summary judgment against defendants Klette Electric PLLC dba Konebusch Electric (“Seller”) and Mary Klette (“Guarantor”) on its causes of action for breach of contract and breach of guaranty.

The motion is unopposed, and the Court is inclined to grant it based on the undisputed material facts and supporting declaration. However, the proof of service shows that the moving papers were electronically served at info@thesandslawgroup.com. This is not the electronic address listed next to defense counsel’s name on the Answer filed on December 18, 2025. It appears that the proper address for defense counsel is info@tslg.law.

In light of the potential service issues, Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a supplemental declaration or proof of service demonstrating either that the moving papers were served with sufficient notice at info@tslg.law or that info@thesandslawgroup.com is a proper electronic address for service on defense counsel. If Plaintiff does so and the filings show that service was properly made, the motion will be GRANTED.
