Based upon the Court Investigator’s report dated May 15, 2026, which the Court has read and Conservatorship considered, the conservatorship continues to be necessary and appropriate and shall continue. The Court will prepare the form of order.

In light of the conservatee’s death the conservatorship is terminated by operation of law. The Conservatorship 10:30 25PR00440 hearings on November 17, 2026 are vacated, and the matter is continued for a hearing on the final of Lewis, Carol accounting on July 21, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. with the accounting due by June 30, 2026.
