SF Superior Court - Real Property / Housing Dept 501 - CGC18571355 - June 29, 2026 Hearing date: June 29, 2026 Case number: CGC18571355 Case title: JENNIFER SARKANY ET AL VS. CHRISTIE WEST ET AL Case Number: | | CGC18571355 | Case Title: | | JENNIFER SARKANY ET AL VS. CHRISTIE WEST ET AL | Court Date: | | 2026-06-29 09:30 AM | Calendar Matter: | | Notice Of Motion And Plaintiffs Motion For Clarification Regarding Courts May 1, 2026 Order | Rulings: | | Real Property/Housing Court Law and Motion Calendar for June 29, 2026. Line 2.2.

PLAINTIFFs Motion For Clarification Regarding Courts May 1, 2026 Order is GRANTED. To clarify, the May 1, 2026 Order states that the Court made its rulings regarding ownership of the property in the orders entered on February 3, 2026. The February 3, 2026 Order, which authorized the sale of 1215 29th Avenue implicitly denied any finding regarding Ms. West's ownership and all language pertaining to purported ownership by Ms. West was clearly stricken from the Order.

As to the Plaintiff's request for order ordering the San Francisco Sheriff to hold any excess proceeds from the sale so that Plaintiffs can file an appeal confirming that Christie West holds an interest in the property, the Court rules as follows: in light of the appeal raising an issue of ownership of the property to be sold in satisfaction of judgments, the previously ordered sale to satisfy the judgment against Mr. West, is stay (if not yet completed). Alternatively, (if the sale has been completed), the proceeds of the sale shall be held by the Sheriff until the final resolution of the appeal. =(501/CFH)
