CASE NUMBER: 26PB-0033216 This matter is on calendar for confirmation of filing the Inventory and Appraisal. The Final Inventory and Appraisal filed on May 11, 2026, is accepted by the Court despite that the Inventory and Appraisal fails to identify all property, apart from the real property listed on attachment 2, as either separate or community property in compliance with Probate Code Section 8850(c). As the decedent was unmarried the defect may be overlooked. Additionally, item 4 incorrectly states that no probate referee is required by order of the court dated February 23, 2026; however, the Court’s order dated February 23, 2026, specifically appointed Susan Jeffers as probate referee.

Considering a probate referee was used to appraise the appropriate assets, it would be appropriate to leave that section unmarked. The Court notes the future court date of March 1, 2027, for Status of Administration. No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
