The court intends to appoint the PD as counsel for the proposed conservatee.
Tri-Counties Report not filed as of 06/25/26. (Probate Code §1822(e))
Confidential Conservator Screening Forms (GC-314) is insufficient. Petitioner states she has previously been appointed conservator, executor, guardian, or fiduciary in another case (#14) and that she has been removed or resigned as conservator, executor, guardian, or fiduciary in another case (#15) and has failed to provide attachments #14 and #15 as required to explain.
The court intends to continue the hearing to 07/31/26 at 9:00 a.m. in Department J6 for the Tri-Counties report and the attachments to the Confidential Conservator Screening Forms (GC-314).
Upon filing of a Tri-Counties report in support of the appointment of a limited conservator and filing of the attachments, the court intends to grant the petition and appoint Paula Howell limited conservator of the Person of Paul Wayne Winbury.
Proposed conservatee is a member of a federally recognized Indian tribe, Pechanga Band of Indians’
