LINE 12. PLAINTIFF ADAM KAUFMAN's Comprehensive Motion For Leave To Conduct Expedited Discovery In Aid Of Preliminary Injunction: (1) Motion For Leave To Take Expedited Deposition (2) Motion For Expedited Production Of Electronically Stored Information. Off calendar.

The motion was not filed and served in accordance with Code of Civil Procedure, section 1005, subdivision (b), which requires that a motion be served and filed 16 court days in advance of the hearing date, plus additional time depending on the method of service.
