Line 2.3. CROSS COMPLAINANT SOTHEBY'S INTERNATIONAL REALTY, INC., NEILL BASSI Motion For Good Faith Settlement Determination is continued to July 15, 2026 for the moving party to provide a usable courtesy copy of counsel's declaration in support of the motion no later than July 1, 2026 with a cover letter reflecting new hearing date.
The Court has previously continued the hearing for the moving party to provide a properly tabbed courtesy copy of counsel declaration. A courtesy copy of the counsel declaration with tabs has been delivered. However, it is a 3-inch stack of unbound paper, consisting of mostly loose pages, some of which are held together by a binder clip, some are stapled, and some pages are not connected to each other at all. This "courtesy" copy is not usable. If a properly bound and tabbed courtesy copy is not delivered (SFLR 2.7B) this motion will be ordered off calendar. =(501/CFH)
