Motion to Enter Judgment Pursuant to CCP § 664.6

The unopposed motion by plaintiff Navy Federal Credit Union for entry of judgment against defendant Lelani J. Quiroz Ayala pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation for Entry of Judgment Upon Default signed by Defendant on February 10, 2025, is GRANTED. Based upon the evidence submitted by the moving party, the Court finds that Defendant did not comply with the terms of the settlement agreement. (Decl. of Fahad Hassan, ¶¶ 2-4, Ex. A.) Plaintiff shall have judgment in the principal amount of $5,687.68, plus court costs and attorney’s fees in an amount to be determined after submission of a memorandum of costs and supporting declaration for attorney’s fees.

The Court will sign the proposed order submitted with the moving papers, modified to indicate that court costs and attorney’s fees are to be determined.
