Petition for Letters of Administration
CASE NUMBER: 26PB-0033391 This matter is on calendar for hearing on a Petition for Letters of Administration. The matter has not been properly noticed. 2. Item 3(a)(2) should be the address of the property left by decedent in this state.
3. Item 5(a) 3 or 4 must be completed.
4. Item 5(a) 5a or 5b must be completed.
No proof of publication has been filed. The matter is continued to Monday, July 27, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. in Department 44 for further proceedings on the Petition for Letters of Administration. An amended Petition is required to be filed to address the issues raised above. Petitioner is required to file and serve a new Notice of Petition to Administer Estate for the continued hearing date, along with a copy of the amended Petition, on all parties entitled to notice. Proof of publication is required to be filed. No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
