But California Rule of Court 3.1322(b) requires this Motion to Strike to be noticed for hearing and heard at the same date and time as this Demurrer. Accordingly, the Court sua sponte ORDERS that this Demurrer is CONTINUED for hearing to June 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM in Department 16, where it will be heard at the same date and time as the Motion to Strike.
