The motion of Defendants/Cross-Complainants Armani Financial Group Inc., dba Armani Motors and Payam Herischian (collectively Armani) to continue trial is unopposed and GRANTED.
Trial is currently scheduled for September 9, 2025. Armani indicates there is a pending automatic stay of this action as to Zoom, Inc. and 3d Investment Group, LLC. Armani argues proceeding to trial without the involvement of those parties would result in unnecessary costs and create a risk of inconsistent judgments. Armani represents all parties have agreed to a continuance.
The Court finds good cause for a continuance based on the foregoing, the lack of opposition, and the factors set forth in California Rules of Court, rule 3.1332.
The motion is granted. The September 9, 2025 trial date is VACATED. Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, trial is scheduled for June 8, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 47. A mandatory settlement conference is scheduled for May 4, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in Department 59.
