First Status Report and Request for Approval Thereof, filed by Phillip A. Bond on 6/1/26.

Ruling. This matter is continued to July 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The Report of Status of Administration was not filed by May 21, 2026, as ordered on May 15, 2025; additional time for proper notice is required. In addition, the following issues must be addressed: (1) there is no Proof of Service confirming that the Jasmine Panah received proper notice; and (2) Petitioner did not submit a proposed Order.

Petitioner is ordered to address the following no later than five Court days prior to hearing. (Super. Ct. Marin County, Local Rules, rule 6.2(B), Filing, Hearing, and Continuance Procedures.)

1. File Proof of Service confirming that at least fifteen days’ notice of the Report of Status was provided to Ms. Panah on the mandatory Judicial Council Form “Notice of Hearing – Decedent’s Estate or Trust” with the box checked in Item 1 stating this is a report of status of administration. (Judicial Council Forms, form DE-120.)

2. Submit a proposed Order to the Court. (Super. Ct. Marin County, Local Rules, rule 6.2(C), Submission of Proposed Orders.)
