1. P05-14149 In the Matter of Wesley B. James No appearances are required. The petition for attorney fees is granted as prayed. A proposed order has been submitted.
2. P94-11921 In the Matter of Korie Alison Rekers No appearances are required. The accounting and requested fees are approved as prayed. A proposed order has been provided.
3. PR0000277 In the Matter of Nicole De Loss Shandrew No appearances are required. The petition for final distribution is granted as prayed. A proposed order has been provided.
4. PR0000279 In the Matter of Jenifer J. O'Neill No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservator is acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next biennial review is set for May 12, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The court investigation fee for this biennial review is waived.
Additionally, the Court sets an order to show cause hearing for August 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. It appears the Conservator and Conservatee reside in Arkansas. Conservator shall show cause why this conservatorship should not be transferred to the state of Arkansas. The clerk shall serve notice of the order to show cause.
5. PR0000451 Conservatorship of Carolee Taylor No appearances are required. The accounting and requested fees are approved as prayed. A proposed order has been provided.
6. PR0000690 In the Matter of Fred G. Dean-Turner No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person and estate shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservator is acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. Quest investigations shall submit their fee request. Absent objection, the Court shall order the estate to pay the investigation fee.
Additionally, the Court sets an order to show cause hearing for August 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Conservator shall show cause for failing to file an inventory and appraisal within 90 days of appointment as required by Probate Code section 2610. In addition, the parties shall submit briefs of no more than two pages at least two weeks prior thereto regarding the Court’s authority to make a finding that Conservatee lacks capacity to give informed medical consent based on the capacity declaration currently executed by Brian Parker, “Therapist-LPCC.”
