To request a hearing on any matter on this calendar, you must call the Court at 530/283- 6232 by 3:00 p.m., June 5, 2026 (please leave a voice mail if no one answers), and notice of the intention to appear must also be given to all other parties. If the clerk is not notified of a party’s intention to appear, there will be no hearing and the tentative ruling becomes the order of the court.
If you do appear and want the matter reported by a court reporter in unlimited civil, family law or probate, you must contract with and provide your own court reporter. The Court does not provide an official reporter for these calendars.

Tentative Ruling: No Appearance Required: Hearing on Second Account and Report. Court will grant order settling second account, but denies the request for fees per Prob. Code sect. 2640, CRC rule 7.751.
Case No. PPR20-00055 Conservatorship of Howard, Faye Louise
Tentative Ruling: No Appearance Required: Hearing on First Account and Report. Court will grant order for settling First Account, but will deny for fee per Prob. Code sect. 2640, CRC rule 7.751
Case No. PR21-00043 Conservatorship of Lovins, Jesse
Tentative Ruling: No Appearance Required: Court has reviewed the Investigator’s Report and finds it to be in the best interest to continue the conservatorship. All prior orders not in conflict herein remain in full force and effect. Set Bi-annual review and Second Account and Report on 5/22/2028 at 9:00 AM. Court Investigator to prepare an updated investigation report. 1
