ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
PARTIES TO APPEAR IN DEPT 20 (before J. Schwartz) in person, not remotely (not in Dept. 25 as scheduled). The undersigned has a family emergency and will not be available at 8:45 a.m.
The parties shall be prepared to provide updated status information and, if necessary, address Defendant's motion for nonsuit.
If the matter has not in fact settled, the Court will proceed with jury selection on 6/15/2026 (or, if necessary, the morning of 6/16/2026).
